My current 3DMark06 score of 14387 beat cognoscenti's score by 1000pts or so when she had a single Ultra in her system and with her E6600 @ 3.6Ghz. She's getting over 17000pts with SLi Ultras now though.

At stock clocks it goes like this;

8800Ultra SLi > 8800GTX SLi > 8800GTS SLi > 8800Ultra > 8800GTX > 8800GTS

Though value for money wise and in the price range of a single 8800Ultra I think it's more like this;

8800GTX > 8800GTS SLi > 8800Ultra

Couple of things real quick.

I would order that PSU directly from PCP&C, as its a good bit cheaper. Also, consider the copper color, it contrasts nicely with black.
PCP&C Silencer 750

Oh yeah, great choice with the PSU, I love mine.

And why XFX over eVGA? eVGA offers step-up, EAR, and customer service second to none.

Also, this eVGA is only $517 AR
eVGA 8800GTX

Its not the pre-overclocked one, but save the cash and do it yourself.

Unless you plan to buy a black pearl, go with the GTX, you won't regret it.
And the 650W PSU you have will run a single GTX fine, but you may want to u/g if you ever go SLI

Good point. For less than $15 more than the original XFX you considered, you can have the eVGA 8800 Ultra. I'm pretty sure the Ultra OC's better than the normal GTX.

Use the money from buying directly from PCP&C to get yourself the Ultra.
