K...It's officially time to replace my sig rig with this:

This Psu is better, the rails are plenty powerful not to mention it's a quality PSU.

Depends on what resolution. At a res of 1600x1200 you should be fine.

your ram wont hold up during overclocking. and yes the 320mb 8800 is enought to run almost all games at max settings
