If your getting artifacts & heat problems, then say your getting them. They'll check for them, if they find it, then they'll send you a nice replacement.

i asked if i could get a replacement and they said yes didn't even ask about overclocking or anything but in the email they said that only send the card itself so should i put it in the cardboard box that tigerdirect gave me, put on the shipping address and send it to bfg?

well i sent it to them about a week ago and they received it on 12:00pm, July 23. Then they say the rma was shipped back at 1:46pm, July 23. Isn't this fast? And by the way how long do you think it will take before I get the replacement?

I'm Pissed The rma they sent me is f***** up. I log on to windows with the new card delete old drivers, reboot, use driver cleaner, reboot, then install new drivers and the screen changes resolution, then changes again, and then in the last change Its all garbled and messed up. So i restart and after the XP loading screen it just turns blank.

PLZ HELP
