If your getting artifacts & heat problems, then say your getting them. They'll check for them, if they find it, then they'll send you a nice replacement.

i asked if i could get a replacement and they said yes didn't even ask about overclocking or anything but in the email they said that only send the card itself so should i put it in the cardboard box that tigerdirect gave me, put on the shipping address and send it to bfg?
