Need suggestions on this AMD Build *UPDATE*

I just joined and it has been a great sight for information on overclocking...

Here is in a sense the mild budget build I am trying to do but stuck on what Ram to use for the application which will be a multimedia based system..

I would like to run 2GB of RAM yet like I said I dont know which one is best to run in a budget application:

Motherboard + CPU

Biostar TForce 7050-M2 NVIDIA Socket AM2 MicroATX Motherboard / Audio / Video / HDMI / TV Out / PCI Express / Gigabit LAN / USB 2.0 / Serial ATA / RAID

+

AMD ATHLON 64 X2 PROCESSOR 4200+ / 2.2GHz DUAL CORE 64 BIT AM2 (ADA4200CUBOX/ ADO4200CUBOX)

---------------------------------
Video Card:

EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GEFORCE 7600GT 256MB DDR3 560MHz VGA DVI HDTV (256-P2-N615-TX)

Did I choose a good card to do a mild overclock?

---------------------------------
Ram: ?????

---------------------------------

Hard Drive:
Western Digital 320GB CAVIAR SATA II 7200 RPM 16MB 3.5IN (WD3200AAKS)

---------------------------------
All of this housed in a:
X-QPACK-NW-AL/420

so there is the computer...some small things are missing but dont worry its not applicable at the moment.

So what Ram do you suggest for this bulid...if possible $140 CDN for 2 GB of Ram?

The video card wise, is this a good candidate for overclocking?

thank you for all your help

Look at DDR2 800 with CAS4-x-x-x timings, you should do well then!

Do research the MB you chose with web searches...
The 7025 and 7050 ... I know some 7050 do OC real well, not sure on the 7025 chip set.

Damn you guys are hella quick...!!!!

none the less the winner of the choice of ram is:

SUPER TALENT 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

thanks for all your help

plus I am going to stick with 7600GT, its within my budget ...anything higher is sorta out of reach..

now the fun part, finding which OC software is best to run with the 7600GT series video card.

I will have some progress pics

thanks again everyone
