I'm not quite a pro... but the replies you guys make sure make me feel like one! Thanks so much. Rep+ for looking.

Anyway... here's me enjoying my new rig... sort of. I can't get LAN working. I was on wireless before, but now I have a cable running from the router to my room... the computer isn't sensing it. Oh well.

Also, look what I got today! It's just a day later than I would have preferred. LOL.

insulglass/David, you really are awesome! Thanks for the cable ties. I'll be doing business with you again when I need another kit!

Once again Thanks David/insulglass for being a great guy.

I didn't bother. The computer's here now, and that's all I really care about any more. I don't like what happened, but there's no point in pursuing the refund when I really only paid an extra 5 bucks.

Did you perhaps install the drivers for the NIC, off your mobo cd?

Very nice build!

How is the noise level with all of those fans, especially since it's right next to you? I'm glad someone finally took some very detailed pics of the new Stacker. Rep+ to you.

Yeah. I've determined it's router-side. Currently troubleshooting, hoping that I don't have to use a different router... if I need to, though, we have plenty of routers around here.

It's pretty noisy. But it's mostly the Yate Loons on the side that make the noise. It's sleepable though. I'll record some video on my digital camera to try and catch the noise.

*Edit*
In fact, it isn't the Yate Loons on the side. I had the stock Tuniq Tower fan set to it's highest speed, and it was producing a lot of noise. On low speed, the tower actually isn't loud at all.

Great build i am truely amazed about how you documented it. Great job. i am very jelous. Although let me tell you this. The cooler master fans are really quiet if you want to make your rig a bit quieter put the coolermaster fan in instead of the Tuniq one

Time for some constructive critisizm

Take the cables circled and move them to the arrow alongside the bottom of the case Run them under the HDD cage and come from the back and then put them into the drives. Do you understand.

Good call! Thanks a lot. I'll get to it when I have time.

I'm not worried about the case being quiet. I play music basically all the time, and I can't really hear it over the case even with the Tuniq Tower fan on high. The problem with the CM fan is it doesn't move enough air. I explained earlier that the reason the Tuniq fan is on the back is to more equalize the pressure. On high, I think it moves about as much air as two of the Yate Loons on the side. The Yate Loon on top pairs with on on the side. I'm still in a positive pressure situation, unfortunately, with 3 other intake fans besides the side fans. But the Tuniq is the best option to decrease the amount of positive pressure.
