I'll give it a try but so far only 5.05.18 seems to work with the asus 680i. The newer revision screwed up royally.

Go to advance GPU settings and click on the radio button for direct fan control, then slide the fader to 100% look in the pic for what it looks like

When I go to that screen the fan control area is just greyed out and I am not able to click on it. Same thing with the last version. Pretty weird. A couple versions back I was able to adjust the fan speed within the application. Guess its back to Rivatuner.

I'm not sure but there looks to be the option to OC if you take the default factory options off.

Did you use drivercleaner to completley remove the old driver? If you didn't I would get driver cleaner or Driver Sweeper. Then uninstall your nvidia graphic drivers and ntune. reboot into safe mode, use either one of those programs to complete the uninstall. Reboot windows normally then install both of the new drivers. Also what drivers are you using for the GPU? Nvidia has released new beta ones for XP & Vista that can be found here. Hope this helps you let us know if it did or not.
