Can someone suggest parts / build a rig for me

Basically I want to build a complete rig with absolutely everything except a mouse and keyboard, Monitor and OS software but I want it to be as cheap as possible.. under £150 preferably.

I basically want an extremely low end PC that is capable of simply just downloading itunes music and videos and watching videos. Absolutely nothing else, no gaming etc. just downloading and watching videos and I have no idea what parts to use as I only ever will build usually or look at high end parts.

Also one thing here that is the most important, I want it to use the least power possible so it hardly affects the electricity bill at all.. and I want to know the safest PSU to use at below 200WT or lower if possible.

Also to add I will be using XP Pro and I just want the lowest price possible and it must be in UK £'s! Thanks a lot as I have no idea what parts to use.

Quickfind codes are the end. This is just a quick system. I am not 100% familiar with AMD , so something might be wrong, best get it doublechecked by someone with an AMD system.

EDit: Wrong type of memory, gimme one minute to fix it.

Edit 2 : Fixed memory and added graphics card.

No problem. Is there anything specific you want to change in that setup ? you could fiddle around and get larger hard drive and things if you want.
