Ps3 To Pc Monitor...Can It Be Done

I Always Find That When I Play My PS3 I Get Kicked Off The Tv Cause Its "their TV". So I Do Have Another TV But Its A Pain In The Ass To Deal With. I Do Have And Extra Pc Monitor Layin around. Its An Older One So Is There Any Way To Connect My Ps3 To It The Monitor Has No Speakers and Only Has One Input The One Like This

Theres 2 Screws On The Side..thats the best i can explain it buy ya are there any ways?

digital to analogue very rarely works, if at all. what you have is a vga monitor, which is analogue. there are ways to connect your ps3 to pc monitors but you would need to have a different connection type called dvi to be able to use the pc monitor. this should help you somewhat >>http://www.overclock.net/playstation...ough-your.html

In short, no.

It is possible , but the results would be very poor.

A better idea, if you had the cash laying around, would be to pick up one of the many new 19" widescreen computer monitors around the internet for $160ish. They will support PS3 so long as they have a "DVI" input.

Easy. Get a HDMI cable and get a converter(HDMI to DVI), then a VGA converter(DVI to VGA) lol

i htink he wants HDMI to VGA which is impossible unless you do what FearSC stated in above post
