Upgrade vista from 32 to 64?

Thread Starter
I Have Vista 32-bit and was wondering how you go about upgrading to 64. I heard you could do it for like $10 or something, so I figured I have 4GBbs of RAM so why not?(only get to use 2.75GBs of it right now)

Well, HOW is what I need to know

Also, can you do it with OEM and retail? Or is this $10 upgrade only for the retail version?

the 64-bit disc comes with retail vista, if you bought OEM you have to mail away for the 64-bit disc... or obtain a disc, your serial key works for either...

now just remember you cannot do an in place upgrade installation you have to install fresh
