New Rig, Good price??

Hey guys, what started as a mobo and case swap, turned into an entire new rig, lol (thanks to you guys)

here it is:

CPU: Athlon 3600+ Brisbane--------------------------------------------------------(bid ends in like 3 days, we'll see)
MoBo: ASUS M2R32-MVP-------------------------------------------------------------($145.65 *Open box*)
Ram: Crucial Ballistix 2gb (2x1gb) PC2-6400 CL4-4-4-12 Dual Channel ---($114.19 w/MIR)
HDD: Hitachi Deskstar 320gb 7200rpm, 16mb, 8.5ms -------------------------($75.98)
PSU: P&C Silencer 750w ------------------------------------------------------------($191.24 "Open box")
Case: Antec P182 ---------------------------------------------------------------------($145.65 shipping is gonna kill me)

that psu is good none the less. it's acutally very good. but do you need it that good. you're not even running that much power. save like 100 bucks by getting a little cheaper one.

everything seems good.

That is a very nice config!
IMHO, your PS will be fine, being it may be a tad bit much for you system it won't be loaded excessively and run very efficiently.

I toiled over what psu to buy for about 3 days until i was sick of looking at reviews and models....i picked this one over thermaltake toughpower 750w, OCZ gamexstream700w and corsair 620hx because it has plenty of room for upgrades and has no weak points or possible problems. I want to be able to use this psu for a while.

How much is the ram after rebates????? I bought my ram last sunday for $70CAN after rebate for OCZ Crossfire certified 2X1GB ddr2 800 I think god helped me out on that one.
