Ive just moved in to CPU overclocking and I just need some tips about whats the "Safe-Range" for this CPU is?

I'm not entirely sure... but I don't think your motherboard will allow for overclocking, being an Intel board.

I've been looking for the 346 since my mobo can't handle the 365 for some overclocking fun 23x266FSB = 6.1Ghz! yummy.

(wow 6ghz thats nuckinfuts) i betu that intel board will not let u oc but i was stuck once with a intel d101ggc and an 805 and clock gen got me to 3.8ghz but i did it with some pin vmods tho

You know mugan had an idea here. Most 533FSB chips can be pin modded to 800FSB, thus raising the FSB from 133 to 200. This would yield a clock of 4.6Ghz, an INSANE increase from stock...

there are also pin mods for voltage bumps (which would be necessary) and as long as you kept her cooled, you'd be FLYING.
