Which on of these mobos is best for OC'ing

I need a mobo for my 3700. Here is a list of recomended mobo's. It needs to be agp also.

Well the link i want isn't working. It needs to be 754, any vendor, ATX, and supports up to E6 stepping.

A DFI NF3 LP 250Gb. In my mind it's the best socket 754 ocing board out there. I will stick with this thing until it absolutely dies, love it that much! You'll have to find it on Ebay though probably.
