Newer chipset and Gigabyte is well known and it's a quality motherboard that can overclock nicely.

Yeah, it's better, and cheaper after the MIR. Find the ram yourself lol. Any idiot can find good ram now hah. It's so cheap, it's just a matter of looking around. Just look for 2 x 1gb and 800mhz, since 800mhz is nearly the same price as 667mhz.

What's your budget for a GPU?

And you didn't specify what your looking for in a case, for all we know you want the cheapest box there is lol.

Yeah but not all ram runs the D9's as well. Look for RAM that has Micron D9 still and not just expensive name brands.

Yeah, but assuming this is a budget build, price is the most important factor.
