DDR2 667 is good for 1333 (QDR) i.e For the E6600 it's: 9x 333Mhz 333x2 = DDR2 667 @ 1:1 ratio. Your set for 3Ghz don't worry.

I used to have a kit of XMS2 675...I overclocked them to DDR2 900 with a 2.20v and 4-4-4-12.

So, they'll be good for a 3.0ghz on a 4:5 ratio and also for the 400fsb on a 1:1 ratio.
