What do these two programs say about your temps?

TAT
CoreTemo 0.95

My friend have similar overclocks, 1.35vcore @ 2.8GHz and idles at 28C with 50 load.

it reads the cpu wrong though, this is an e6320, not a 6400

Download Orthos. Run it for 2 minutes and see your load temps. If it doesn't exceed 60C, leave it for an hour or more if you can.

Orthos also checks your CPU stability.
