hmm, i don't think a new video card will do much for you. your processor will always hold you back. this is just a guess, but maybe a Radeon X1650 Pro or a GeForce 7600GS might fit with your system? all new games will play slow with your Pentium though :-/ sorry.

after thinking about it further, i think a GeForce 6600GT would fit your system nicely. they're probably the most popular video card made in the past few years. you still won't have the latest and the greatest, but you can get them dirt cheap now and it will probably take good care of you.

Thanks for the reply...

Just curious, wud this card work with my Config

BFG geForce 7300GT 512MB DDR2 Dual Display AGP Graphics Card

minimum requirements posted on the BFG webpage:

Minimum System Requirements
>128MB of system memory
>Microsoft Windows XP
>CD or DVD-ROM drive
>35MB available hard disk drive space (50MB for full installation)
>A 350 watt power supply. A vacant AGP 2.0 slot or better
>An available hard disk drive power dongle (smaller floppy disk drive connector is not sufficient)

Im actually getting a good deal on this card, about $85 + tax , so i was considering it

i say buy a card where the second number is "6." i'm pretty sure those 7300s were marketed toward OEM builders like HP. so look for something like a Radeon 1600 or 1650, or a GeForce 6600, 7600, 8600. you'll find a nice selection of cards in that area, and all should fit your budget. any one of them will improve your gaming experience noticeably.

But 7300GT performs better than 6600 (not GT)

And 6600LE has the second number "6" as you say, but it just performs like a 6200

7300GT is not bad at all, it is a very good upgrade over ti4200
