With the ram coolers as they are I dont think heat will be a huge problem...plus im sure you can get fans and what not for it. I think the main problem would be too much voltage.

Now only we only had a AMD board with this.
3rd Part support is dying for them.

I dont think AMD is really missing out when it comes to this design really. I personally cant see this type of motherboard going too far.
