Nice!
Interesting flow spreader too. My only worry would be the acrylic top cracking over a long period of time. Just need a derlin or all copper top option.

don't really like the 3 barbs. maybe if you had the middle as a 1/2" ID, and the two outers as 1/4" IDs coming together?

Yah, you ought to call is "JAWS" or something...lol!

You could also make another option with a middle layer in the block that combines the dual outlet flow similar to the Fuzion, but that would probably take away some of the asthetics of the design.
