Antec 900 or P180? - Page 6

one of my friends ordered a 900 from fry's (when it was $70) and his got shipped out last night\his morning, so if you are on backorder from fry's you might be receiving yours soon. check it out.

i like my 900 and it keeps my cool, but i wouldnt say it is the best case ever.

yay, i received my p182 and built it right up. sweet looking, good wire management and great feature.

i did have a little problems closing the right side panel because of all the wires, but nonetheless it's still cool.

got a rise in my temps too, but it was to be expected when you come from an antec 900 which is basically an open case, hehe

soon i want to cut into the right side panel and leave small gaps that in the side, in the area just behind where the bottom of the mother board would be but behind it. kinda hard to explain but its where that bar with the long piece of vibration tape on it. if i could cut into that then i could manage my wires better. i would rather run wires straight through the back side instead of running wires right up the middle blocking fan airflow.

about 4-5c for the cpu, and almost 10c for the case

under load, the cpu stayed at almost the same temp, now it rise another 3-4c

right now, after only some web browsing, my temps are 40c for the cpu and 44c for the case, but it's relatively hot right now. nights are colder

and i still haven't overclocked yet

still love it, wouldn't go back for the world

well, looks like i may go back to 900. though p182 is another class, but the 900 is cooler for less money. (currently over budget)
