Are you sure its not just vibrating on your case and making other things rattle? Hold it in your hand and see if it stops the noise.

The Laing DDC's are really quiet but they'll cost you £40 at least.

You know, when I started water cooling I made the assumption it was quiet. It is not. Of course you can spend twice as much as normal and get a pump that is kinda quiet. But you still have pretty hefty fans on your radiator. Now mind you I didnt do it for silence in the first place. I did it because I wanted insanely high clock speeds on my 920. But now that I'm not doing that anymore, My arctic freezer 7 pro is great and no where near as loud as the water cooling was.

Quiet doesn't usually equate to best performance with custom air or water.
High end air/water will never = the zalman silent solution. If you can hear the
pump over the fans, the pump is not the problem unless it is not securely mounted.

If you're looking for a budget upgrade to that TT pump try to locate an OZ version of this:

You can alway try mounting it on a piece of foam rubber to take some of the vibration out...Make sure the bottom of you pump doesn't over-heat with foam on it...I use strips of foam on the bottom of mine, that way it will get a little air under it and not over-heat...

I can't even hear my D5s running, as long as you don't hard mount them and allow them to sit freely.

I don't think they make any more noise that a slow speed yate loon. You can also get some gel-stuff to help eliminate vibration.

http://www.petrastechshop.com/pegviabbl.html

A variable MCP655 (d5 Vario) would also allow you to adjust speed to even further reduce noise if you had a really quiet system. Not to mention the D5's have a great history of being very very reliable.

Try mounting it as others have suggested almost all noises in a PC are from resonation of the case somehow--or fan blades...I betcha a litle double-stick foam would do the trick.
