Those are idle or load temps? What program exactly are you using to monitor your temps?

lol what do you mean by about 80-81 in the room?

I wouldn't trust the nVidia monitor as far as I can throw it, which is impossible since it's just software. Use CoreTemp .95 to monitor your temps. Try and stay below 60C load.

Yup.

Please download both TAT and CoreTemp and tell us your temps from these programs.

To find an estimate of your load temps, please run Orthos.

Open Orthos and select Stress CPU with Gromics and click start. Run it for 1-2 minutes.

If your idle temps are in the 50's, do not run Orthos.

P.S. You guys need avatars. It's hard to tell someone from another, lol.

Can you try out EVEREST 2007 Beta.

Download > Install > Open EVEREST > Click Computer on the left panel > Select Sensors.

You'll see:

CPU - DO NOT LOOK AT THIS TEMP
CPU #1 / Core #1 - Look at this
CPU #2 / Core #2 - Look at this
