i donno bout the antec, its outta stock and a little expensive.
how many watts psu do i need? would 350w be good enough or do i need more?
and keep in mind she will not be overclocking at all

The PS you originally chose won't work in that case...
An mATX PS refers to the case design, not the MB!
You want a true ATX PS for the case you originally chose!
IE; mATX case = mAtx ps
Anyway, the suggested Antec case/PS is a good idea, a lame PS will only screw you over sooner or later!

A few options since its no an OC box...
Since you may have a Microcenter near you... cheeper and no shipping too! $79 and a $20 MIR for $59

with the orginal case it says its matx, "COOLER MASTER Centurion 541 RC-541-SKN1 Black Aluminumm bezel, SECC chassis MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case" but i do like that second antec u listed that comes with the 380w psu

after comparing prices and things ive determined that for her purposes it would be cheaper to buy a already built computer. the parts itself are cheaper than the computer but of course when u factor in windows and other software plus a monitor its better to just buy a computer from somewhere like compaq or whatever. thanx for the help
