THat's the wrong socket type. That's an Intel motherboard. You need a socket 939 motherboard (or AM2, depending on which 3800+ you have)
Here are some socket 939 ASUS motherboards. They are pretty good motherboards. I would link that Abit that I suggested, but it's not on the egg.

Here are some at Tankguys. That DFI CFX3200 is a great motherboard, but it's WAY overpriced. They jacked up the price on it......I think.

IMHO I would just wait until you build a new system. The prices on CPUs are dropping with AMD and Intel, and AMD is releasing the Barcelona in Q3 or Q4 this year. Not to mention the 45nm fab process chips, which are the next gen architecture from Intel.
It's really not very wise to build a socket 929 system right now, considering that nobody is making new parts for it. Another reason is that DDR is really expensive compared to DDR2.
