read this, it should get you off to a good start

CPU - Idle:7 c to 14 c
CPU - Load:24 to 37c

That seems very unlikely for water on the quad.

Make sure you are using CoreTemp. http://www.thecoolest.zerobrains.com/CoreTemp/

Do not use speedfan if you are.

You can view my rig when I started putting this together on http://www.thedowclan.com/modules.ph...iewtopic&t=199 The lowest I had it cooled was -5c a little too cold too much condensation. I raised the temp and found a solution to my condensation. If I can fig out how to post images on here I would.

-5C is impossible with water as far as I know, your temps have to be reading wrong... Thats phase temps.

Well your CPU voltage is at 1.36v, thats with the vdrop. Seems a bit high.

Start by upping your FSB by 5mhz at a time (You might want to set it to unlocked so it only Overclocks your FSB, and not your memory.)

With temps of -5 you should be able to get a huge overclock.

Keep upping the FSB by 5mhz until you don't reach the desktop. (I recommend setting your voltage to a setting that ISNT auto. Like 1.356v is what mine is at)

1.356v should get you to around 3.2GHz, after you get to the point where you can boot, start uppin your voltage (I wouldn't go above 1.45v) and start the 5mhz thing again.
