e6850 @ 3ghz = a 1.5-1.8ghz Quad core

I have compared my SiSandra MIPS/MFLOPS tests, between my Q6600 and my e6700 @ 4ghz. The Q4 was around 4,000mips/mflops higher at stock than my 4ghz C2D.
