yeah I was thinking about something tapped already..

Whould you use seperate bolts for the panels, or using the same for the panels and the construction?

How about rivets for the construction?

I have planned how to make the construction already.
Where should I host my sketchup-file for those who are interrested?

I would use different bolts, otherwise you won't be able to take off many of the panels without the case itself falling apart

I used rivets for the construction - they are good, but they don't make it solid. There's definite a certain amount of flex in the structure, you can push it about a bit. Not sure if there are any alternatives out there, or maybe the rivets I used just aren't quite tight enough for the holes I drilled...

I've got webspace if you want - email it to my MSN address and I'll get it hosted on there for you and check it out to give you some comments

The case is Micro-ATX

It stays very cool thanks to the powerful AcRyan fan on the front - I'm running the CPU heatsink without it's 80mm fan and it's still keeping cool!

With the Blackfire 120mm they are great, even without the 80mm on the CPU - their very low end components anyway so heat is not an issue, despite having no fans on either heatsink
