That is crazy

I'm just wondering about something to do with Swiftech...I heard that, when the company first went into watercooling, designs were posted up on a forum (without a patent) and Swiftech then released their first watercooling blocks which were very similar...

Just wondering if anyone sees any similarities here:

with pwm cooers for BOTH parts,..
