Bugcode_usb_driver

Thread Starter
Hi, my computer was tripping out yesterday, my screen kept going in and out out, and i would get a mesage saying "Display Drivers stoped working but"... then something about having recovered. Except it got worse really quick to the point where it would flash on and off then I got nothing but a black screen. I posted yesterday on how to boot up from Disk so i could try and fix, i got an answer thx. But I couldn't fix the problem

I then was not able to boot up. I would get Blue screens saying
BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER

I tried going into safe mode and I would get the same blue screen while loading or after it loaded and I was on the desktop.
I tried Fixing with Vista Disk, but to no Avail. Then I tried Restore point, but that didn't fix the problem.

I gave up and decided to do a clean insall. I installed Windows XP, then Applied the Vista Upgrade. But when it boots up into Vista for the first time it gives me the Blue screen with the same BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER reason.
And it restores back to XP again.

I've been trying for 2 days and can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly aprreciated. I'm stuck

Probably of the USB you plugged into your PC. Plug them all off, and plug them back in 1 at a time. Then you know what´s causing the problem.

Also, a BIOS update may help.
