CPU and Mobo are great. Maybe get 2 x 500GB HDD and RAID0 them. Also, maybe try to get a 8800GTS 320MB.

I have two already and going to get two more. I have a friend at BestBuy and gets them half price so I may do a raid 5 and TB for the OS. Kind of overkill.

that cooler wont get you very far. try the Ultra 120 Extreme, or Big Thyphoon. they're supposed to do great things with quads.
Yeah if you want to get a good overclock and decent temps for a Quad your going to need an Ultra 120 Extreme, or Tuniq, or Big Thyphoon. Just a suggestion. My Tuniq got me to 3.0 no problem.

You have 4 gigs of ram down, do you play on going Vista 64-bit? Otherwise right now 4gb is pretty much pointless seeing as how the 32 bits only read a little over 3. I'd say go with a 2gb kit, they are really cheap these days, check out this G.Skills one:

http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16820231065

They are working superb on my Quad. And cheap! Also got a 92% 5 of 5 return on newegg out of 210 people!

HDD I think price and performance wise you might want to look at 2x500gb ones. Either WD or Seagate are really high quality now. Put them in raid and you are set. You'll save more then a couple bucks on that and get some great performance.

Great Seagate Hdd with Perpendicular recording you might want to check out.

I agree with the other guys that you should look into a 8800 model if you do any type of gaming or are looking at DX10. Since it seems you are leaning toward Vista with that ram choice you want a DX10 gfx card, even if it is just the 320mb gts. If you search around on firingsquad.com or pcstats.com you can find some great benchmarks for the cards that show the 8800's dominating anything below.

And lastly, PSU. I myself got a 700w Thermaltake Gamer which i would recommend to anyone, but you should be fine with anything above 600w. Especially if you decide on going with an 8800.
