Buying a motherboard..

I am going to be building a new system and i am wondering what motherboard i should get. im getting this CPU= http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16819115003

and i want a intel board so im wondering what i should get. I have a 500w power supply and im going to have ATLEAST 1.5g of RAM. I have a 500w power supply. And im looking for something that will be good for gaming and OCing. Any tips or products will be appreciated. only stuff at a max of 125$ though please. thanks

Theres some different variations of the P5K model but that one just kind of came to mind when I was on Newegg.

and with OCing. that 2.4 i was looking at i wanted to OC to 2.7/2.8 maybe higher if i got better cooling eventually
