try 350 or 360 fsb with a 9X multi and see if that helps.

@Knitelife: Yes i am sure that my PCI-E frequency is set to 100 and the one below it is set to 33.33, the HSF is working well i guess since if I'm not going to OC my system (2.4Ghz dafult), my CPU stay at 34 temp, both of the core are 40~41c, so I really have no idea that why my all of my temp can be so high when OC'ed, here's a screenshot before my system failed.

@MrBungle: Yes, i am sure that my PCI-E frequency is set to 100 and the one below it is set to 33.33, Vcore for my Gskill ram is 1.9V, 1.325 for my CPU, the other were set to Auto.

@rottenotto: Yes, i had apply the thermal paste when I install my HSF, although i failed 2 time to install my HSF but i think it didn't made my thermal paste gone , since my CPU is stay at 34C if I'm not try to OC it.

@laluckaryves: 350x9 seems works well for me, can run 3dmark06 and ORTHOS without any problem, and played CSS for 1.5 hour without any issue.

What are ambient temps. And what case are you using? Air cooled is ok IMO for what you want if the right case is used. But I believe you will have to be closer 1.4v but wouldn't try it with current temps.

The temps in my house is 30C I believe, yes it's quite hot here, and the case I'm using is quite a big case, but I didn't buy any extend Case Fan yet, I don't know if it can help to reduce more of my system's temps

You will need ~1.4-1.45 volts for 400FSB. If you have a newer week then you may need more from I have read around here.

Actually I'm still waiting for MrBungle's informantion, 1.4~1.45V maybe needed, but the fact is that my CPU temps will go up to 66~67 and the temps of core1 and core2 will be higher than 70, and I'm afraid that my E6600 will fire up because of this
