Thread Starter
Before this latest installation of XP I played this file which is 1.5gb and its 1400x1088 HD but it is not stuttering and causing 50% cpu load spikes when I play it with VLC player.

Any ideas?

(i use it with The Core Media Player though
http://www.corecoded.com/ i love this player, its based on Winamp AFAIK)

it has codecs for just about every video you will ever watch and probably some you wont eve use.
excluding crap like RealMedia and QuickTime

no sound..? i heard the CCCP doesnt like other codec packs previously installed (which arent needed now anymore anyway).
i suggest cleaning all codecs, then installing CCCP again.
