E6700 overclocking

Thread Starter
Hello all, I am new to overclocking and wanted to know how to perform this task. I just need to know the major dues and do not's. Below is my entire PC layout.

CPU E6700 Intel
Evga Mobo 680i Nforce-Flashed with July 16, 2007 latest Bios.
SLI Evga 8800 GTX OC
2 Gig of Mushkin Dual Channel DDR 2 800mhz
WD 2 x 320 Gig Hard drives RAID 0
OS Vista Ultimate 32 bit

I have " Orthos" program to run extreme tolerance on CPU.

Again please provide some prudent guidance on this matter.

Thanks

Nice rig you got there mate. What cooling you use?The 6700 most of the times need extra volts,to get a good OC.Check this guide is almost the same mobo.http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...ing-guide.html
