e6600 overclocking help

Thread Starter
i am new to overclocking and am looking for some help in doing so, here is my setup:

e6600 w/ a thermaltake heatsink
evga n680i sli mb
dual 8800 gts
sb x-fi
4 gb kingston hyperx ddr2 ram

its all in the antec 900 case, this system is meant to be overclocked and can handle it, how do i go about bringing my chip up to speed? vista only rates my system at 5.1 because of my prcocessor.

I would first give this guide a thorough read to familiarize yourself with the process. Also, add your system specs here so we can help you more efficiently.
