For memory on your GPU, I would go with 256 MB GDDR3 over 512 GDDR2.

Thanks Pencap. Yeah the memory allocation did absolutely nothing as far as Oblivion CDTs. Even with Oldblivion, which helps the game run on lower spec standards.
