thermaltake 750w modular
zerotherm btf 90 (got it)
8800 gts or 2900 xt (no clue here, is there any chance a new card will come out by september? if so ill wait).

Everything looks fine, except for the PSU. I'd suggest getting a Corsair 620HX instead.

Also, you might wanna get an EVGA 8800 GTS 640mb so you could use the step up program later, in case something new comes out in september. That would be a smart move.

Yeah I would go for the Corsair 620 for sure. I have it very solid PSU. And on the memory. Not bad memory but make sure you have room for it is really tall. Not sure what you plan on paying for it. But for the money these are top 2 6400 out there.
