Ga-P35C-DS3R - Worth it?

I hear this board and the regular P35 DS3R being talked about a lot. My wallet is starting to get a bit tight, and wondering if this is worth $120 or so (found a pretty nice deal), considering I won't really be utilizing any of the "expensive" features of the board (for now at least) such as DDR3 or raid. Would it be more worth it to just go with a lower P35 like Biostar which is around $30 cheaper than I could get this, or the DS3R is just that much better?

prob since it works with the 45nm processors and quad cores so its worth getting for a while

the DS3R is great, especially if you are planning on overclocking (i don’t think u would be here if you weren't). if you are getting strapped for cash, just go with the regular P35 not the P35C. Like you said you aren't even going to be taking advantage of the DDR3, so why pay for it now when you are low on money? It’s a great all around board that will deliver.

Well, I am getting the P35C for $15-20 less than the original P35, otherwise I wouldn't consider the P35C.
