I'll do my best.

CPU: E6600
Motherboard: ASUS P5K
Video card: 8800GTS 640MB
Hard Drive: Western Digital 250GB 16MB Cache 7200RPM SATA II
Case: Cool Master Centurion 5

For RAM, try to find the Ballistix or the Black G.Skill DDR2 800 HZ. These RAM do very well in overclocking.

PSU: Look for this. OCZ 600w. If you cannot find that and you're not good on PSUs, talk to us first.

This is what I recommend. If you find something better, such as the case and hard drive you have chosen, go ahead and get those.

EDIT: I see that the Striker is SLI. You cannot go SLI on the P5K board.

Since your in brisbane, shop from MSY, they have some of the cheapest prices in Brisbane. I assume since you've got 3k to spend, a car trip across town won't kill you.

Since you have 3k to burn, I recommend

Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 - $339(Not in Bris atm, but should be in stock in a week or so)
Asus P5K Deluxe - $299
2 2G Kit-800 (2x1G) OCZ-System Elite - 304
Asus 8800GTS 640 - $559
OCZ GameXtream 600W PSU - $159
2 Seagate SATA 250GB HD - $198
Creative X-FI Xtreme Music - $165
Antec Nine-Hundred - $179
Total - $2202
All prices from the MSY Part list

Which leaves 800 spare for any oversights on my part(Dvd drives, mouse, keyboard ect) and then some.

Enjoy
