ALright well in the BIOS you can unlock the memory options by hitting Cntrl +F1 at the same time

You can find the manual to your motherboard here. There are no overclocking features on that board that I'm aware of.

unfortunately, since that is an intel branded motherboard it will be impossible to overclock.
edit-whoops looks like t4ct1c47 beat me to it while I was typing

I'm only able to manipulate the Mem. Frequency from 667 down to 533 or up to 800 MHz, and the 5-5-5-15 down lowest to 3-3-3-9 or up to I forget exactly. Anyone have any suggestions on what to use, if anything?

Use CPU-Z and select the SPD tab. That will tell us what timeings and speed your RAM is rated to run at.

The only way you could overclock is clockgen

(its software based). However I would not recommend that at all. (you don't usually get as high clocks and stability can be an ssue)

Sry about the cntl + f1 thing.

I forgot it was timings and not FSB control
