OK, in the case you need to select 667Mhz for your RAM's speed and 5-5-5-12 for your timeings. These should appear in decending order in the memory section of your BIOS. Just look for a label called "CL" or "Cas Latency" and start from there downwards. I know your RAM is 5-5-5-15. But you should be able to run it at 5-5-5-12 at least. Not much of an improvement but meh...
