This will help delete like old audio card software as well as old video card drivers.
But, seriously, almost anyone on this forum will tell you that you should do a clean install if you change motherboards. Almost all of the drivers are going to get mixed up. From my experience, i haven't even been able to boot up if i change motherboards and keep the same hard drive without doing a clean install. I would usually get a BSOD of some kind.
