Can someone give me a good guide to setup a TT 120 on a E6600 LGA 775. The one that came with the package was horrible.

Look around in the guide Zalmancooled posted, see if that helps any.

Also, make sure that the fan is positioned so it blows to an exhaust case fan. That way the Tuniq HSF will draw in cooler air and blow the hot, already-used air out of the case as fast as possible.

I put a piece of duct tape on the bottom of the mobo where the bracket mounts. This way, If I want to reseat it or move it to another mobo, I can peel the tape off and leave the foam gasket intact.

You need to install this cooler with the motherboard out of the case. The socket 775 bracket will line up with the holesthat are used by the stock heatsinkfan. Line the brakcet up without removing the nonstick tape on the foam just to see where it's going to go. Once you're comfortable with where it goes, peel off the non-stick tape and lightly position the bracket on the back of the mobo. Now, place the upper bracket on the hsf and position the tower roughly where it's going to go. Comfortable with that? OK, then, remove it and apply a very thin line of thermal interface material ( AS5 if you have it). Now, thread the appropriate screws through the enclosed springs. I think the longer screws are the ones for socket 775. When you're ready to go, lower the Tower into position, and thread the scres through the holes in the upper bracket and into the holes in the lower bracket. try to tighten them progressively , so that they stay roughly the same height.

A number of folks have had trouble with the screwheads shearing off if they're tightened too much. I've not experienced that problem, and I found that the screws need to be cranked down pretty tightly in order for the HSF to be effective. I lapped my E6600 and found it to be pretty concave.
