World In Conflict Save Replay

Thread Starter
Anyone know what this does? At first I thought it saved the game you just played into the program folder somewhere like a screenshot but I can't find them. Or perhaps It is like an ingame replay like in Halo3 where you can only watch it through the game itself.(so its only data not an actual movie file).

it does save the game you just played... into "My Documents" somewhere i think, but you can only replay them in game from the menu. I'm at work and cannot remember exactly where in the in-game menu it is, "show replay" or something similar... It is pretty cool though as you have free look over the entire battle, not just how you viewed it originally.

In my opinion, every game should not only have a demo recorder, but a 60FPS video recorder (so it takes its time instead of trying to record in realtime)

That would reduce performance a lot, and unless compression was used, which would take up a lot of CPU time while you're playing, then the videos would be huge and read/writes to the hard drive would be very high, causing the game to slow down.

Demo recorders are awesome.

My Documents --> World In Conflict - BETA --> Replay , thats where it saves em.. think you have to use the program to view it though.

you lost your cd key ? you would have got it in an email, kinda hard to lose... unless you specifically deleted the email.
