Are your PCIe slot frequencies set @ 100?

I have my NB set @ 1.5v
Remember 2 diff. boards here.

Edit:

My current voltage settings:
CPU @ 1.4375
MEM @ 2.025v
FSB @ 1.5v
HT @ 1.5
PCIe 1.5v
Nforce @ 1.5
Running at 3.4Ghz now do to weather though.
