uh... boot the computer, press F12 to choose the boot screen, then select your mp3 player from the list (HDD, CD, NETWORK, USB etc..), it will probably be USB.

if that does not work, do it through windows. Use ASUSupdate, which came with your MOBO's original driver disk or you can download on asus website and update it through windows. Install the program, open it, select update FROM FILE, select the bios file version(ALWAYS UPDATE TO THE NEXT VERSION, DONT SKIP ANY VERSIONS*) and press ok and DONT DO ANYTHIGN WHILE IT UPDATES, wait untill it finishes and prompts you to restart. by the way, the mouse might not work right after the update so you may need to use the keyboard to press enter and reboot.

say you have version 0605, and you want to update to version 0607 but there is a version 0606. update to 0606 FIRST before you update to 0607. (while rebooting everythime)

Do you have a floopy drive and floppy disks?

EDIT: you're lucky i got nothing to do here at work for now.. otherwise, you'd get a spanking for not using asus website...
