From the specs you posted, I would say that you may be able to run them @ max settings depending upon what resolution you are running.

Whats your CPU clocked at? As long as you have a fast processor you can run CS:S on max settings and rarely go under 100 FPS..

lol you'll be fine, i used to run it on max on my old pc (intel p4 3.0GHz, x850XT, etc...) always around 75 FPS or higher. If that could get that, yours should be fine. Just try it and if you don't like the performance, lower your settings, I find it hard to notice that much difference in settings on CS anyway.

You will have to experiment with the AA to see what runs smoothly. While you are in game open the console with the tidle key (~), and then type
"net_graph 3" to see your FPS in game.
