So what's the verdict on E4400 Overclocking?

Is the chip as good as the e4300 was? I haven't seen any reports, but I don't visit any other boards. thanks.

Don't have an E4400 but when overclocking, my E4300 runs cooler and needs much less vcore when I lower the multiplier to 8.
Will be a better bet than E4300 on motherboards that can't hit high fsb.
