get a BTX style case like i have... the one in my sig rig...

The cpu is about 2 inches from the bottom of the case and the video card is above the cpu, not under it...

My water cooling setup works great!! and if there was any problesm, there would be a puddle on the bottom of my case far away from my $400 video card...
