whats the difference between the different models?
are they just bells and whistles, or do i really want to go open box so i can afford a deluxe?
xms2 ddr2 800 ram on the way, by the way..

If I were you, I'd be looking to buy any of the P5Ks, they have a better chipset and will support a 45nm CPU and also are better overclockers.

And yes, it's the bell and whistles that you'd pay for, but usually in ASUS, those bells and whistles help you in getting a higher and stable OC. For example, in the Deluxe and Premium line you have the 8 Phase power change and also Stack N Cool2, and others, so you decide:
