It's clearly a bug in the program.

The reports of the latest version are good, though, from what I've been reading on the program author's website. The new version, so far, has been tested well, with the crashing bug apparently finally licked.
I wasn't saying that is all that caused it to crash, I was just pointing out one point of conflict to maybe help understand the problem. I have also had it crash a fresh install, but it only crashed it the first time I ran it(perhaps due to creating the log?) then after that it ran just fine every time I ran it again.
